Two individuals with him that night that were over 21 and supplied him with the alcohol were charged in the case.

He died from alcohol intoxication and aspiration pneumonia.

    Kenneth was hanging out with a group of adults at an abandoned baseball field. They were passing around a bottle of whiskey and a bottle of liquor, taking turns drinking. Kenneth passed out at some point and was taken home. His family attempted to take care of him but he began having difficulty breathing. 911 was called but Kenneth died of acute alcohol poisoning with a BAC of 0.37.

    Carter had just finished his junior year at North Dakota State University. He was celebrating the graduation of friends when he fell down some stairs outside of a house. He was found the next morning and was declared dead at the scene. Carter had a BAC of 0.14 (a level at which your motor skills and balance are impaired) and had died from sepsis after his stomach ruptured.

Jenna was found cold and unresponsive the next morning by one of her friends. She died of acute alcohol poisoning with a BAC level that was “incompatible with life”.

Nik was pronounced dead at 10:24pm the following Sunday.

The night consisted of Long Island Iced Tea, Jim Beam, Captain Morgan, a three-shot stop light, and a cherry bomb. After this, Amanda laid her head on the bar and passed out. Her friends carried her outside and took her home to "sleep it off". Friends called for help the next morning when they found her unresponsive, but it was too late. She died with a BAC of 0.46.

It is unclear of how Dakota got to his front yard and if friends tried to help him in any way. Dakota suffered cardiac arrest and alcohol poisoning and was pronounced dead after repeated attempts to revive him were unsuccessful. His BAC was 0.39, nearly five times the legal limit for driving.

His friends began performing C-P-R after he stopped breathing and an ambulance was called once they were in cell phone range. Tyler never regained consciousness and was taken off life support a few hours later.

The incident has been ruled as hazing and charges are being pursued.
