    Shelby was a "brilliant, all-American girl" who was found dead the morning of December 20th after a night of drinking at a friends home. The friend's parents were upstairs asleep while the drinking was occurring.

    Andrew went out drinking with his two older brothers and some friends. After the group finished consuming two large bottles of vodka, Andrew fell off a log and passed out. He was found dead on the ground the next morning. His BAC was 0.353.

    Leslie, a Senior dean's list student at the University of Virginia died from fatal brain injuries after a fall down a flight of stairs. It is believed that Leslie was partaking in the long standing tradition at University of Virginia - 4th year 5th. Before her friends went to the football game that night, they placed Leslie on the couch upstairs. When they arrived home, Leslie was lying face down at the bottom of the stairs. It is believed that she woke up at some point and due to her intoxicated state, fell down the stairs to her death.

    John was a student at Chico State University. He had been out drinking with friends. On his way home, John fell asleep in an intoxicated state on train tracks (BAC 0.25). He was struck and killed by a train.

    Alyssa and her friends alcohol from inside one of their homes without the knowledge of the adults. After consuming the alcohol, they decided to take a ride on a golf cart. Alyssa was standing on the back of the cart. The driver was swerving back and forth and hit a bump in the road. Alyssa fell off and fatally struck her head.

    Adam was a rookie soccer star for the University of Maine. He was partying with friends on a Friday night over the Thanksgiving holiday. On Saturday morning his friends called 911 because “he was having trouble breathing”. When they arrived they found Adam unconscious and unresponsive. Two individuals with him that night that were over 21 and supplied him with the alcohol were charged in the case.

He appeared very intoxicated and was looking for a place to stay. They found him unresponsive the next morning on the couch. He died of alcohol poisoning.

    Jaylan was a 90 lb sixth grader living in Lansing Michigan. Jaylan was hanging out with friends and drinking alcohol purchased by a 40-year old man. Jaylan was found dead in a wooded area not far from his home. The 40-year old who supplied the alcohol was charged with providing alcohol to a minor causing death.

Sarah began vomiting and not feeling well. At some point, the friends and the friends mom put Sarah in the shower to clean off. After the shower she became unresponsive and died.

In addition to an array of fractures, abrasions and contusions, Cross had a blood alcohol content of 0.19.

    Todd, an 18-year old sophomore at the University of New Hampshire, became highly intoxicated at a party at his fraternity house. He fell to his death off the roof of the fraternity house. Todd's BAC was 0.18.

    Joseph, a freshman at Penn State University, was walking back to the dorms after a fraternity house party. Due to his intoxicated state, he fell off a ledge between two buildings and suffered a head injury. He was found over 24 hours later using canine and air support. Cause of death was determined to be head trauma.

The police were called about 2:00am and Gary was transported to the hospital. He slipped into an alcohol induced coma and never regained consciousness.

    Michael was playing cards and drinking at the home of a friend. The vodka had been provided by a mother of one of the friends. It is unclear how much Michael consumed that night, but the next morning when his friends realized he was not breathing, they called 911 - he was pronounced dead at the hospital. The mother who supplied the vodka and allowed the drinking to occur was charged with a felony and spent 4 1/2 months in jail.

Here friends took her home and put her to bed to "sleep it off". It was determined that aspiration pneumonia due to alcohol intoxication caused her death.. Her BAC was 0.12.

    Louis was at a friend's birthday party where his mother thought there would be pizza and soda, but their turned out to be alcohol. It is unclear of how much alcohol Louis consumed, but he was found the next morning passed out in the garage. He was taken to the hospital where he stayed in a coma for two weeks before dying. He died from alcohol intoxication and aspiration pneumonia.

    Kenneth was hanging out with a group of adults at an abandoned baseball field. They were passing around a bottle of whiskey and a bottle of liquor, taking turns drinking. Kenneth passed out at some point and was taken home. His family attempted to take care of him but he began having difficulty breathing. 911 was called but Kenneth died of acute alcohol poisoning with a BAC of 0.37.

    Carter had just finished his junior year at North Dakota State University. He was celebrating the graduation of friends when he fell down some stairs outside of a house. He was found the next morning and was declared dead at the scene. Carter had a BAC of 0.14 (a level at which your motor skills and balance are impaired) and had died from sepsis after his stomach ruptured.

    Jenna was a sophomore biochemistry major at Winona State University. Jenna celebrated the end of a tough term by drinking with friends. After a few beers, some rounds of beer pong, and downing some vodka, Jenna and her friends returned home to "sleep it off". Jenna was found cold and unresponsive the next morning by one of her friends. She died of acute alcohol poisoning with a BAC level that was “incompatible with life”.

    Nik, a proud TKE and freshman at Stephen F. Austin University, died from alcohol poisoning following a night of drinking with friends at an off-campus party. Nik was taken to the hospital by friends when they noticed that he was unable to breathe. He fell into a coma and never regained consciousness. Nik was pronounced dead at 10:24pm the following Sunday.

    Nick Garza was last seen shortly after 11 p.m. on Tuesday, February 5, as he left Stewart Hall on Middlebury College's campus. He had been drinking with friends where he consumed an estimated 18 shots. When Nick wasn't in his room Wednesday morning, his friends assumed he’d joined a group of students who left campus to spend a few days at a cabin in New Hampshire. When those students returned Saturday night, though, they said they hadn't seen Nick and his roommates called for help. Nick was found in a creek nearly four months after he disappeared. His BAC at his time of death is estimated to be 0.24 to 0.330.

    Zane "Z" told his dad that he was meeting up with friends for a movie and a spend the night. At some point the plans changed and Zane ended up in a hotel room with friends consuming alcohol they had gotten from some adults at the hotel. Zane was found dead in a pool of his own vomit.

Police arrived at the home early on April 26th. John was taken to the hospital and put into a medically-induced coma. He died of the consequences of alcohol poisoning on May 1st.

Preliminary cause of death has been listed as respiratory arrest caused by alcohol poisoning.

His friends describe his state before falling as "drunk and belligerent".

Her friends carried her outside and took her home to "sleep it off". Friends called for help the next morning when they found her unresponsive, but it was too late. She died with a BAC of 0.46.

The boys washed her body off with a water hose and left her in the basement where she was found some time later. Kierra died with of an alcohol overdose with a BAC of 0.433.

Dakota suffered cardiac arrest and alcohol poisoning and was pronounced dead after repeated attempts to revive him were unsuccessful. His BAC was 0.39, nearly five times the legal limit for driving.

His friends began performing C-P-R after he stopped breathing and an ambulance was called once they were in cell phone range. Tyler never regained consciousness and was taken off life support a few hours later.

Five of the individuals with him that night have had criminal charges brought against them.

    Garrett, a 14 year old of West Babylon NY, was found dead on the side of a road by a newspaper carrier. Garrett and a friend had bought a bottle of vodka from a man for $10. After going to a "hangout" spot in the woods, Garrett and his friend drank the vodka. Garrett's friend passed out, Garrett wondered off and apparently passed out along the road. He died due to hypothermia and alcohol overdose.

He was declared dead at the scene when paramedics arrived. His BAC was 0.39.

A day short of celebrating his 18th birthday, Aydin paid $5 to get into a party with friends where he drank heavily. He passed out and when friends were unable to revive him, 911 was called. Aydin died in the ambulance on the way to the hospital. The call for help came to late.

His family won a $224,000 settlement from two of the fraternity members.

The next morning Carson was found unresponsive. He was rushed to the emergency room where he was pronounced dead of an alcohol overdose with a BAC over 0.39. The incident has been ruled as hazing and charges are being pursued.

    Eighteen year-old Utah State University freshman Michael Starks died of an apparent alcohol overdose with a blood alcohol level described as "extreme". After they were unable to wake up Starks early Friday morning, police were notified and he was transported by ambulance to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.

    In preparation for an anticipated hazing ritual in which he would be beaten on his buttocks with a paddle by fellow Masons, Wilder decided to drink heavily to "dull the pain". Sometime during the morning of January 8, Wilder was found unconscious and unresponsive in the shower at the barracks. A 21-year old veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom was pronounced dead shortly after noon with a BAC of 0.50

Jason was found dead around 2:30 the following afternoon. He died of an acute alcohol overdose with a BAC of 0.362.

    Zakk told his parents he was going to a friends and instead went to his downstairs room (that had a separate entrance)with three friends. After drinking and taking ecstasy, Zakk stopped breathing and his friends went upstairs and got his parents. He was transported to the hospital and pronounced brain dead. His parents removed him from life support a few days later. His cause of death is listed as a lack of oxygen to the brain.
