Andrew went out drinking with his two older brothers and some friends. After the group finished consuming two large bottles of vodka, Andrew fell off a log and passed out. He was found dead on the ground the next morning. His BAC was 0.353.

Two individuals with him that night that were over 21 and supplied him with the alcohol were charged in the case.

Louis was at a friend's birthday party where his mother thought there would be pizza and soda, but their turned out to be alcohol. It is unclear of how much alcohol Louis consumed, but he was found the next morning passed out in the garage. He was taken to the hospital where he stayed in a coma for two weeks before dying. He died from alcohol intoxication and aspiration pneumonia.

Kenneth was hanging out with a group of adults at an abandoned baseball field. They were passing around a bottle of whiskey and a bottle of liquor, taking turns drinking. Kenneth passed out at some point and was taken home. His family attempted to take care of him but he began having difficulty breathing. 911 was called but Kenneth died of acute alcohol poisoning with a BAC of 0.37.

He was found the next morning and was declared dead at the scene. The night consisted of Long Island Iced Tea, Jim Beam, Captain Morgan, a three-shot stop light, and a cherry bomb. After this, Amanda laid her head on the bar and passed out. Her friends carried her outside and took her home to "sleep it off". Friends called for help the next morning when they found her unresponsive, but it was too late. She died with a BAC of 0.46.

Dakota was a high school football player who was found unresponsive lying on his back in his front yard after attending a party with friends the night before where he consumed 1 liter of vodka. It is unclear of how Dakota got to his front yard and if friends tried to help him in any way. Dakota suffered cardiac arrest and alcohol poisoning and was pronounced dead after repeated attempts to revive him were unsuccessful. His BAC was 0.39, nearly five times the legal limit for driving.

Steve was a computer science major at New Mexico State University when he went out with his fraternity brothers to celebrate his 21st birthday. He consumed approximately 15 shots of liquor in a 2 hour period of time and passed away the next morning of acute alcohol poisoning.

Tyler was a sophomore at the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology when he died of alcohol poisoning. Loeb and friends were drinking while looking for a Christmas tree in the Black Hills. Loeb's condition became worse after the vehicle they were in got stuck on an icy road. His friends began performing C-P-R after he stopped breathing and an ambulance was called once they were in cell phone range. Tyler never regained consciousness and was taken off life support a few hours later.

Griffen Lollis

Griffen was drinking at a house party near Lander University when he passed out. His friends wrote took permanent marker and drew obscene things and comments on his body. When Griffen came to, he was angry and was forced to leave the party. He was found about 1/4 of a mile from his home, dead beside the passenger door of injuries from a motor vehicle accident. His BAC was 0.267.

Chad was pledging Kappa Sigma at the University of Miami when he died. While in the company of the fraternity President and other actives, Chad drank heavily. At the urging of his brothers, they all jumped into a dark campus lake. Chad fell behind due to the alcohol and cold temperatures. He called for help but his brothers did not come to his aid. Chad's dead body was pulled from the water several hours later.

Amanda had been drinking and was watching some students play frisbee on a warm fall evening when she lost her balance and fell four stories to her death. At one point, Jessica was "encouraged" by an older male to consume a mix of beer, vodka, and whiskey through a beer bong. At some point, she was put to bed and died during the night. Jessica had a BAC of 0.406 (doctors believe 0.35 is a lethal level).

Brenda was struggling at home and had run away two times. The second time she ran away, she chose to spend time with some older "friends". She was encouraged to drink vodka by one of them. Brenda drank a fifth of vodka in 30 minutes. She was a 97 lb eighth grader when died of alcohol poisoning. When her “friends” realized she had died, her body was dumped in an alley in Phoenix, Arizona and not found for over a week.

Five of the individuals with him that night have had criminal charges brought against them.

Garrett, a 14 year old of West Babylon NY, was found dead on the side of a road by a newspaper carrier. Garrett and a friend had bought a bottle of vodka from a man for $10. After going to a "hangout" spot in the woods, Garrett and his friend drank the vodka. Garrett's friend passed out, Garrett wondered off and apparently passed out along the road. He died due to hypothermia and alcohol overdose.

Three adults have been charged in the case with either involuntary manslaughter and / or furnishing alcohol to minors.

While his "brothers" drove around, he was told he must consume between 16 and 20 ounces of rum. They then took him back to his dorm room where he passed away. His family won a $224,000 settlement from two of the fraternity members.

Investigators said Spady and some companions started drinking beer but switched to straight shots of vodka. Carson, a freshman Cal Poly student from Austin, TX, was drinking with active brothers and fellow pledges at the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity house on Monday evening, December 1st. The next morning Carson was found unresponsive. He was rushed to the emergency room where he was pronounced dead of an alcohol overdose with a BAC over 0.39. The incident has been ruled as hazing and charges are being pursued.

Michael Starks

Eighteen year-old Utah State University freshman Michael Starks died of an apparent alcohol overdose with a blood alcohol level described as "extreme". Michael was in the process of becoming a member of the Sigma Nu fraternity and had "captured", painted, and fed vodka. After they were unable to wake up Starks early Friday morning, police were notified and he was transported by ambulance to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.

In preparation for an anticipated hazing ritual in which he would be beaten on his buttocks with a paddle by fellow Masons, Wilder decided to drink heavily to "dull the pain". Sometime during the morning of January 8, Wilder was found unconscious and unresponsive in the shower at the barracks. A 21-year old veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom was pronounced dead shortly after noon with a BAC of 0.50

Brandon was a fun loving guy with an infectious smile. He had been drinking and partying with friends one night when he started to vomit. His friends put him on the balcony and went back to partying. At some point, Brandon passed out and continued to vomit. His lungs were filled with vomit and he passed away.

Jason was a new member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon at University of Kansas. He drank several margaritas while out with friends at a restaurant. After returning to the fraternity house, Jason continued to drink whiskey and between 10-12 beers. At some point, he went to bed to "sleep it off". No one checked on him and he never woke up. Jason was found dead around 2:30 the following afternoon. He died of an acute alcohol overdose with a BAC of 0.362.

Zachary  Wright

Zakk told his parents he was going to a friends and instead went to his downstairs room (that had a separate entrance)with three friends. After drinking and taking ecstasy, Zakk stopped breathing and his friends went upstairs and got his parents. He was transported to the hospital and pronounced brain dead. His parents removed him from life support a few days later. His cause of death is listed as a lack of oxygen to the brain.

Benjamin died of alcohol poisoning with a BAC of 0.588 at Louisiana State University. With a BAC of this level, it was estimated that he consumed more than two dozen drinks.
